Silly Xbot, firmware bricks are for 360 kids!!
@CRAIG667: Except Microsoft has bricked more consoles with firmware than Sony.

Oh by the way, Sony put a safe mode on PS3s and the consoles can be easily fixed, they aren't bricked, nice try though.
It's based off of a Lego cartoon:
http://www.imdb.com/title/t...
And the game doesn't look very good and I usually like the Lego games.
I would like to see the entire Xbox division wiped clean. None of them seem like gamers and all seem like suits looking for the next angle to squeeze their loyal customer base of more money.
They need a gaming centric crew in there that can speak to it's customer base, but also with the smarts to make the business profitable.
This is what Sony and especially Nintendo do well. Their suits also are gamers at heart and it comes through in their products.
Wish they would do a sequel, they left it open for one, however I heard the person behind the game left and has rights to it or something which is preventing it.
Kind of how they felt about network multiplayer and we can see how correct that was.
Gaming is very social, it's one of the reason the sharing issue was so huge in the MS DRM BS.
That said I don't think all family and friends care to see trophy and score information, it's the reason I don't publish trophies to facebook any more. maybe if it were easier to make a group of friends that were just into gaming and only post that stuff there, maybe...
Did you mean the "former," because the latter aka the hardware is better spec'd, no debating that.
Not sure how 4 motors would consume less power, guess we'll see when real world play happens.
Didn't people at E3 say the controller is awful? Don't think this thing has a chance.
It would be silly to lower it after Christmas, most stores offer a price guarantee until January 24th, I know Best Buy does that, so if they were going to lower it why not do it prior. I think they will do like the PS3 did and wait until summer when console sales are slowest. Well unless Sony is killing them in sales, then they may be forced to do it sooner.
Halo 4 was dull, but at least they paid me to play it with that American Express achievement program they ran. Used that money to buy my 3DS XL! :)
You mean like Microsoft has been doing for 8 years?
Sorry for some reason I thought the FX line had the Athlon name, ie: Athlon FX-8350. Guess I was wrong but the FX line are the ones I was referring to.
It's going to be great that games will actually start taking advantage of multithreading. Should take full advantage these 8-core at Athlons.
W4Sh0w: You preferred restrictive DRM and the turning of your games into a "service" rather than game ownership?
Because it's come out the family sharing wasn't what Microsoft let people think it was, and every other feature is still available on digital purchases.
Another programmed Xbot.
Wasn't there a story a couple days ago that was a presser from Sony stating demand will outstrip supply?
What new details did this story provide?
If the games don't get better than Fable 3, Halo 3 and AssCreed 2 then who cares if you get to keep them, most people already own these games or have played through them. But it is nice that Microsoft is finally giving back. Even if it is games on a dying console with no backward compatibility on the new one. :)
What are you talking about, when you download a game on plus it puts an expiration date on the game, and it remains active until that date. The date is when you plus subscription expires. It doesn't matter if you're online or offline. Quit spreading BS. And people know the games are only available when you subscribe, it's not like Sony hides this.
There are companies out there that aren't just after the mighty dollar, sure it's the bottom line, but some do have pride in their products and genuinely care about their customers.
