Jazz, wth are you blabbing about? I had 360 games more than a year before Sony's console even HIT the market & I paid $59.99 plus tax just like I do now. That has to be one of the most trolltastic comments that I have seen in quite awhile. SMH. It's comments such as yours that keep this stupid fanboy/console war afloat. This is a brand new IP. I think we should play the game the developers (ESPECIALLY with Naughty Dogs track record) have created for us. After completing the game in its entirety, the devs should be given positive criticism for a possible sequel or successor. The one aspect of this game that's been touted as innovative has been the A.I. You are absolutely right about Linda Hunt being MORE than capable/logical to do the narration because of her former experience in film. When I said 'Not likely to happen' I was mainly referring to the Kratos actor lip-syncing T.C. Carson. My editing messed my point up. My bad. I love hearing her voice, btw. Maybe I have a gilf-like crush on her. Lol...that was a joke...

Thank u rustyspoon. I logged in JUST to bring this to my fellow GOW fans. I'm not sure WHY the submitter used that sensational headline for the title, but the article only speaks of deviating from the Clash of the Titans & Immortals. There is no proof nor suggestion (at least in this article) that the writer/director is going to butcher/not remain faithful to the God of War game to movie adaption. You guys have the wrong guy. Kaz Hirai is the boss of SCE, Inc. Ken Kuturagi is the guy that stepped down from his initial position at SCE, Inc. some time ago. For visual reference, Ken held up the PS3 before launch, Kaz held up the PSPGO at launch. Both were done at E3's.
If you got a HD-DVD player, you may also count that. It was system related in a sense, so maybe give it 1/2 a death and not a full point. To be troll-less, the PSPGO could be given 1/4-1/2 a death as well. IMO, the original Xbox was the worst suicide in history. I wouldn't even call it death...suicide. (Please note: not the system, games, fanbase, etc. I'm referring to the way it "opted" out of the market.)
Although I'm in the U.S., thanks for the comment raymantalk1. I did grab the AC3 bundle from Gamestop for $199. Am happy with my purchase even though better deals have been discovered.
I suggest putting Demon's Souls through its paces before going with Dark Souls. While Dark Souls is a good game, it lives in the shadow of its big half brother Demon's Souls...IMO. Welcome to the PS3 side of gaming. There are ALOT of great games to look into. Your list is an excellent start!
That is the ONLY thing that has me hesitant to jump on the Vita bandwagon. The AC3: Liberation bundle is proving too hard to resist at $199 though. What are the available card sizes and their prices if you have that info available? Thanks in advance.
The timing of Black Friday, all of the PS Plus goodies, and the fact that I haven't made the jump on the Vita bandwagon has me seriously considering grabbing the AC3: Liberation Vita bundle for $199.99. All dlc has been free so far. This particular content is an Expansion more so than dlc. There's been so many updates with dlc I have lost count of the many changes to the game. They have all been mostly for the better.
