I once got charged 3 times for Dishonored when I purchased it on day one and it took them about 3 weeks to actually acknowledge that this happened, then a further 3-4 days wait before I got an email to say that the money will be refunded but without recompense. A matter like that should have taken 2 days max from initial email to resolution, not having to wait weeks for one bloody email!

Plenty of low and or average rated games have gone on to sell relatively well, the most recent example which comes to mind is Aliens: Colonial Marines.
