That's not a great sales pitch for the SX if your argument is that 1080p games will have better framerate than games in 4k.
PS5's SSD is factually twice as fast as xbox's SSD So get back to me when Micrsoft shows a game running in 4k doing 2 second loads like R&C. Heck Get back to me when Microsoft even shows a game from this gen even running on series S.

Atmos is inferior to Tempest, it's designed for movies where as Tempest is designed from the ground up for gaming. What's you'r point though? Do you honestly think that Sony will be able to make more than there is demand? Those next shipments will sell out just as fast as the first one.
Sony is is looking to ship 16m consoles before the end of FY2020 do you actually doubt they will sell all 16m? I don't... And keep in mind that's on top of the 8-10 million PS4's they will have sold in 2020. Sony is looking to have sold 25 million consoles in 2020.
Even if that's the case can you say the same about xbox? PlayStation is launching with Spider-Man Sackboy Adventure and Demon's Souls three launch games. And of course that was after launching Dreams, TLOU 2 and Ghost of Tsushima.
Sony's 2020 is more stacked than the last 4 years on xbox combined.
It's funny to see all the people who when they thought xbox was going to be the only one with cross gen who constantly defended xbox by saying it wouldn't hold next gen back. Who now have 180'd and want to talk about how next gen isn't here yet or is being held back by cross gen.
And i'm sure certain people will try to say that PlayStation fans have changed their minds but actually you see that most of them are at least in some part disappointed.
Nah, Microsoft has an uphill battle. Their game line up has been sparse for years and most everything they have shown seems years out. Halo has been a massive disappointment both in it's showing then in it's delay.
Sony has released Dreams, The Last of Us 2 and Ghost of Tsushima so far this year and they are launching with three big games in Demon's Souls Spider-Man and Sackboy's Adventure.
And on top of that Sony has God of War 2 Horiz...
If you say so, I am very happy with what Sony has shown. I think they have a strong launch with Demon's Souls Spider-Man and Sackboy Adventures all on top of having released Dreams The Last of Us 2 and Ghost of Tsushima.
That's six big games in less than one year.
And all that is on top of excellent 3'rd party support and four huge games in God of War 2 Horizon: Forbidden West Ratchet and Clank Gran Turismo in the not too distant future.
I'm certain PlayStation will go on to be successful.

Well... it's not like the console will only exist at launch, even if you only have a 1080p TV at launch that doesn't mean that's going to be the same TV you have at the end of the generation.

By the time Microsoft actually has any next gen games to put on gamepass PlayStation will have sales on PS5 games of that i have no doubt.
It depends what the finish line is, if the current gen race was too 100m Microsoft got half way then crashed and burned and PlayStation crossed the line and kept running.
There will be batches, if you haven't gotten one just keep your eye's peeled for pre-orders opening back up.

I always find it interesting that no one ever brings up the fact that Sony has 47 million PlayStation Plus subscribers. And now going into next generation they are doubling down by starting a collection of games that PS+ subscribers will get to keep. PlayStation Plus and it's Collection are the answer to anything...
