Well, see the problem is this game has been broken since early September since the beta began. They have had all this time and they still can't figure it out. YES. Sony got paid. This dude, if he stole it, likely worked for a retail store, like you said, which means that store loses money not Sony. That store, say EB games, sent out an order to Sony or the wholesaler/whatever. They paid them and Sony sends the games to them. So Sony wins, the store loses. DUH! Basic Business 101.

Yeah it is cool they are really supportive, but come on...they must have known this for atleast a month, and they didn't say anything? Nice bonus, but I am not sure about this game. I will wait until reviews before I do anything. The developers seem to really given it there all, though. In the documentaries it seems like they know what they are doing. I mean the PS3 version has trophy support and NO HDD install. Which means they optimized the hell out of the engine.
It HAS trophy support, it has been confirmed a million times already.

They have made so many improvements. No more still-shot cutscenes, added motion capture, Nathan Hale talks, dropped the 3rd person narative, GREATLY Improved graphics, 60 player online, 8 player co-op, COD4 style online (xp), 2 full lenth campaigns. My god, this game could really be the Halo for the PS3 and that is coming from a Halo 3 freak and a person who thought Resistance 1 was good but not great. I AM VERY IMPRESSED!

Alot of times yes, but not always. I mean looking at Mirror's Edge you would have no idea that is Unreal Engine 3, the same engine that powered Gears of War. Mirror's Edge is so bright and colorful, while Gears of War is dark, dreary, gritty, and shiny.
