I never had one myself, but it had a HDD, Online capabilities, media functions and some awesome games such as DOOM, UNREAL, Oddworld: strangers wrath and Halo CE.
3: Ps2
Nearly killed myself by playing action platfomers on this one. the console I have enjoyed the most after Ps3, but in some ways its not as good ...

The longest install Ive experienced was about 35 Minutes and it wasnt even mandatory. (GT5)
The longest mandatory got to be MGS4, which takes about 8 minutes plus 2 when jumping beetween chapters. I survived it but its kind of lame.

Metroid other M.Monster hunter and RE: UC are sure quality games, but perhaps not my taste taste.Though I will agree those are aimed towards core nintendo fans and gamers.
But few good polished titles alone doesnt make WII a core gamers console.
You should also be able to see that.

Well its kind of pointless to build their "own" Wii 2 since its not going to be anything like that at all.
Not meaning like the hardware wont be comparable, but the games runned on Wii2 and PC with similar spec would look worlds apart...
