Hmm, do I finally have a reason to play IX again since my four paythroughs on the original discs?..
I'll bookmark it and see how it looks in a few more months.
The internet fucking sucks. Google and YouTube are my only friends here.
I don't believe it'll be this year, but LOL @ everyone proclaiming that Tuesdays are strictly "game release day."
Skyrim was launched on a Friday because they wanted everyone to remember 11/11/11. I can't remember other ones, but I know I've seen more than a few Thursday releases for whatever special reason, but the Skyrim DATE is my case in point. If a big developer wants to make a special release day, they totally can. The rumor is that this date is "...
I don't think it will either, but I've seen games come out on Thursdays, even Fridays. If a developer has an affinity for some special date, they'll make it any day of the week. In this case, the rumor is that it coincides with "Blade Runner Day." Skyrim's 11/11/11 was a Friday; just checked a 2011 calendar.
Still just a rumor device, but lol @ all these people saying "games don't come out on Thursdays."
Then they showed-off "polished" gameplay WAAAAAY too early.
I've seen game releases on Thursdays. If a MAJOR developer/publisher has some cheeky idea for a special release day, they'll do it. In this case; this release date is supposed to be "Blade Runner Day," so that's my only reckoning that it's possibly true.
Project Diva F is the only waifu-tapper for me.
...and I don't even play that shit.
You should check out DJ MAX on PS4 and Vita. These are known as "key-sound" rhythm games as the notes you hit
are individually programmed. If you miss, you'll only hear what parts the notechart doesn't have you playing. At that; harder songs have you playing most of the music yourself. Beat-tapping is always fun, but real rhythm gaming belongs to Beatmania and DJ MAX.
Also, dat Cytus. I love how the boss songs set up an interpretive narrative.
Written by someone playing VII in 2019. A product of the "silver-spoon fed" generation of gamers that expects everything they play to have all the conveniences of modern titles.
Not very accessible... is he even aware of the built-in emucheats? Anyone new to the game can easily grasp it in a couple hours with cheats if they're having that much trouble.
Ugh.
The T-shirts on the website seem more worth a AAA MSRP than the game itself.
"Giant mettle dragon," "Little to know reason."
Dyslexia is serious shit.
I was loving this on PS3 until I came across a game-breaking glitch that you basically WILL be subject to if you pick the wrong dialog in a certain quest. I know they recently revived it with some overhauls and DLC, so maybe I'll check it out again on PC.
DEE-DEE!
GET OUT OV MY NIGHTCLUB!
I'd rather just shell out for that full-sized sculpt at last yea's E3.
I agree with you personally, but that ain't the way the industry works. This is riding shotgun with Episode IX, so the only way they're gonna roll-out is by drip teasing it together :/
"It's SW, it'll sell.... it'll sell."
OMG do we finally get to see the The Knights of Darth Phasma?!
Interesting. Just a couple days ago, my friend and I were having a discussion about the handicap stigma in Japan. I'm not with the virtue crowd, but it got me thinking that the Japanese simply sweep disability under the rug. No one talks about it, the disabled rarely show themselves. We have all these crybabies demanding moot rights to their niche minorities, while the entire Japanese culture deems disability a quiet perma-shame.
My props to Tabata for going there. Game...
rofl, I love when people bring LimitlesSquad into this "argument."
No offense To the guy, but he has NOTHING BUT TIME TO SIT THERE GIT GUD.
Games are usually critiqued around these criteria; Gameplay, music, graphics, story, presentation.
If a game has all of these to offer, then why should they only be reserved for those willing to dedicate themselves solely to the gameplay? Let those with lack of skill or time to dedicate enjoy the beautiful graphics, the immersive sound and music, and... is there even a story? Well let them get as much out of the game as [the devs] put into it.
I think it's non...
If this was announced at the beginning of the month I'd have scoffed it as an April Fool's joke.
