Its kind of neiche really. Since COD4 FPS's have actually greatly improved especially online due to the RPG element.
FPS's used to be play game shoot stuff end of. Now you can rank up, customise, collect, compare with your friends.

I think people need to get over the fact that people enjoy playing COD games. Ok it may not be to others taste but to constantly bash people for liking a game is insane. Its like me going over to the world at warcraft and calling them idiots or tards for playing world of warcraft.

Say what you like about MW2, but for the masses its a great game, I've played online for about 22d's probably more than any other game I've purchased. Well worth the money IMO.
I still play most nights with a few mates and its always a laugh.
Most people dont want to play hediously complex games, with super realism, its all about jumping in, fragging a few noobs with mates, then jumping off again.
Why are the tyres screeching? I've been watching F1 for years and the onyl time i've heard tyre screeche is during a crash. Its horribe get rid of it. Hopefully you can switch off radio chatter too!

I've played 16d on MW2 and am now at 10th prestige. I've got friends who have played for 25d and are only on 6th prestige. But according to Tryarch if you play longer you get more prestige. Wrong.
I agree, for a game that people seem to hate so much, they sure do spend a long time talking about it, its been out for 8 months. Maybe its time some people moved on with their lives. (I personall belive that alot of the animosity comes from them sucking at the game, then using the game as a scapegoat for their crapness)
This article is nothing but bait and you all took it. MW2 has been out for 8 months now, some of us actually like the game (actually quite alot if you check the xbox live stats). Some people need to get over this fact and get on with their lives instead of bitching and crying about it for 8 months, maybe they should start playing and discussing games they like, not hang on to the past about some shooter that didnt quite take their fancy.

Hmmm I just tested this in real time against my iphone 3 which has iso4 installed and it was as quick as their iphone with iso 3. I think their iphone with iso4 is just fubar'ed
Me too, I have about 10 to 15 firends I play with and we always have a laugh. I'm not frustrated by alot of the "mentioned" problems, there are ways to counter all of them. Havn't run into any hacked lobbies, glitches or jtagers for a while too :)
