There's no doubt that Microsoft wiped the floor in 2006 and 2007, despite the PS3 having Uncharted and Heavenly Sword (though the PS3's holiday was good in '07).
I'd say that Sony won 2008 with AAA titles MGS4, R2 and LBP, but Microsoft surprisingly held it's own this year with the massive sales of GeoW2 and F2 (apparently X Play's 2008 GotY...). If the 360 continues to outsell the PS3 (at least in the US) this holiday, I'd call this year almost even, but if we're talking worldwi...

The way people talk about it you can tell that everyone that's played it, loved it. I wasn't expecting anything from Uncharted but was blown away, hard. The same thing happened with Dead Space, not much expectations, so I guess it made it easier for me to be blown away, heh.
