RSX - 128-bit graphics processing
Xenon - 64-bit graphics processing
This is most obvious in HDR lighting. The RSX can output full 128-bit HDR lighting, whereas the ALMIGHTY XENON can only render 64-bit lighting. Are you sad yet?

Also HD-DVD has inconsistent reading speeds, whereas the Blu-ray discs all have the same reading speeds all throughout each layer and sector. As many have said before, Blu-ray and HD-DVD have "the same" reading speeds due to Blu-ray's consistency.
