Well, I won't touch most of your comment but I will say this: if you think shooting down a girl at every chance won't ruin**** your chances with her, well, good luck with that.
Unless that's your fun little dynamic with her and you do it cute or something or she just enjoys being corrected with a guy she hopes to just have fun with, you'd ruin your chances even if correcting makes perfect sense to you.

Now I love Jak and Daxter a lot but I don't get why anyone would want them to start them up again. The Jak and Daxter games were very* story heavy and they ended comfortably. Found out who Mar was, who the Precursors were ect. They ended.
Let them rest and let ND move on. Now I'd buy Jak 4 day 1 but they ended. I'm fine with that.

Plan on picking up persona 3 soon, buying BG&E soon, mother 3 is hard to get, GTA CW soon and psychonauts needs to have an hd remake.

Yeah I know it has a real legacy to live up to but I don't know. The way the gun swings around in bf games just distracts me. Call it nitpicking but you can be slowly walking and the gun's just swinging like a lot. Just can't not see that whenever I see bf videos.
edit: Also when they sprint it stays very still even though it really should be swinging around then. I don't know, just bothers me (watching video of it).
Well, still on the fence on bf3. Not sure if I should a. try it or b. save my future $60 and see if it's worth anything on a trade.
Haha, yeah I finally played it (woo 2 months of gamefly!) and it was pretty good. The shooting (and stealth) was really very flawed throughout but the atmosphere made up for all of it. Felt like a video game version of the movie Children of Men except Children of Men was just about perfect (if you love Metro, see that movie!)
Hopefully they clear up the gameplay and this could be a very good sequel.

Yeah I used to rent games all the time when I was little. Never really bought any. But I just started using gamefly. Got a good deal on it on that referral a friend thing. 2 months for $17 has saved me about $100 so far.

Yeah and the FO3 one showed how bad it is to be a kid. Like if you follow one of the older guys away from your birthday party, he starts saying that you were annoying or something like that. Set the tone well.

If you preorder from amazon before any $5-20 bonuses are offered, do they get given to you when it comes out?
Example: Assassin's Creed Revelations has no preorder bonus money currently. If I preorder it today and a week from now they add a $10 preorder bonus, do I get it since they added it after?

Those never-heard-of-but-secretly-th e-best-in-the-series (or so I've heard) Oracle of Ages, Oracle of Seasons and Link's Awakening might be worth a rerelease since they're apparently pretty good.

I played a few hours of it but I'd say SMG1 was better. Everything felt so same-y except it lost its almost Disney-like storybook quality.
And it felt forced since no mention of the last game were present. Like when Mario meets the toads for the first time in 2. Feels so disconnected. And the level selection screen felt too lifeless after playing 1.
Maybe it's cause I really* played 1 for all it was worth before 2 came out (got every star) that ...
