Haha, probably Brink. Looked so good at first, then it looked meh. Decided to pass.
But my hyping it up to a friend for weeks made her decide to buy it, in turn expecting me to buy it. She says she loves it but she passed on Portal 2 for it. Which pains me since I've yet to try the co-op for it.

It's hard to not call a 30% price reduction within less than a year of release after the supposed killer app (Zelda) just came out anything less than desperate.

GTA IV had some of the best writing in any game, movie or book I've ever seen. Was about how a horrible past constantly bleeds over into your new attempt at a better life.
It was more about the characters than pure story but even then you can't say it was a poor story that wasn't mature. Just look at the last parts of the story.

Just about everything from R* is great. And I completely disagree with the article; I loved GTA IV.
R* took a more serious turn this gen. From GTA IV to RDR and LA Noire, they're not the same wacky R* from the PS2 days. I personally love this new direction. If you want crazy fun, it's called Saints Row. If you want serious and intelligent games, look to R* from now on.

Really? I would've thought the DVD option would be the biggest draw for Netflix. Since the instant movies isn't exactly anything to be proud of (they took most of Akira Kurosawa's movies, which is a sin) and how an awful lot of people still don't have very fast Internet.

I'm not sure why but the way the gun moves when you walk and run in a BF game just doesn't look right to me. Rest of the game looks fine but it just looks like it swings around too much and too unrealistically.

It's not exactly a hard thing to believe that it'll be exclusive. Between Nomura's love for the PS3 and how the trailer from just a few months ago only said PS3, it's not impossible.
Though personally I doubt it and personally, I doubt it matters.
Haha, was never big on brawlers or horror but I loved stealth and jrpgs. Platformers, though somewhat there still, are nowhere near as popular as I'd like them to be too.
I remember I used to thrive off platformers, stealth games (see my avatar) and rpgs.
