The first hour or so is dull but it gets so fun after that. One of the funnest games this year. Stopped taking itself so seriously and became so enjoyable.
Hope this sale's for the us too. Was planning on buying a few things tomorrow.
I wouldn't ever say Portal 2 and Catherine are platformers honestly.
Just everything from CoD4. There wasn't one bad level in all of them. All Ghillied Up was just perfect and that one level where you're chasing Zakhaev's son is pitch perfect in every way possible. I loved playing and replaying that level on veteran and only using a handgun once you drop your other gun.
Though fun in some ways and even higher in the spectacle department, the rest of the mw's aren't the unbelievably high quality of CoD4. That's sti...
Yup, she never* knew anything about any* game. The only one to ever call her out on it was David Jaffe at an E3. There's a video of it somewhere...
edit: There you go.

In all of its annoying wonder. Got more respect for Jaffe after this one.
Haha, I don't know why people want the next gen. So many developers can't take the amount of money this gen costs and have closed, let alone next gen. Think of all the closures. Think of how they're saying they can't remake FFVII cause it'd cost too much. They think a FF title's budget will be too high, one of the biggest sellers in video games.
I honestly wouldn't mind this gen to stay another two years. I'd rather that then the only ga...
Agreed but mw2 was catered waaaaay too heavily to campers. But they still felt good when you weren't in lobbys filled with campers, exploiters and grenade launcher abusers.
Mw2 was more of a mess than mw3 though.
Haha, I prefer spec ops survival to zombies. It just feels funner to me.
But that's the perfect word for the maps! It stops the camping most of the time since if there's a camping spot, it's like they put a car or something to block it. Good in that way but it really feels so cluttered.
Haha, it did sound funny though.
And well, when I get a vita, my plan is to start off with physical copies then slowly switch to digital if the price is as low as they say it could be.
Yup. If you thought this guy was serious, then Freddy Mercury was the ultimate alpha male......

Haha, seriously! That twist was really something else.
Really loved R3 even though I never got the hang of the move controls.
Haha, there are other people who loved K&L 2! That was an imperfect game with true grit. I just loved that game so much and it got such horrible reviews. Loved it and glad to see some people appreciated it.
Haha, never saw an n4g blog on n4g news. Still news worthy though. This might be the first Facebook game I actually play.
Yeah, I was too broke to buy skyrim but I plan to later. The only solace I can give myself about waiting till later is I would hope most of these issues are solved by then. And maybe a GOTY edition.
Still...I'm sure it's worth it regardless of bugs.....
Haha, and Persona 4 is gonna be on the vita eventually. Can't forget that. Also with FF Type 0 probably performing better on the vita with the second analog stick, that's probably 100-200 hours of RPG just on those two games alone. Not to mention FFX on it too. And I'm also gonna finally play FFXIII and FFIX on it too.
I was honestly thinking I'm gonna play way too many RPGs on my vita when I get it to be honest.
I personally spent probably in the ballpark of.......$600 on games. Would've been far* less if I'd have figured out that I could get 3 months of Gamefly for about $18. Did that twice so first half of the year was $560 and second half was about $40. And I played more games the second half than I did the first half.
If anyone cares to know how to get it for $18 (it's a legit trick you gotta do), pm me. I'd be glad to help out.
Haha
He is gonna finish it. But this screams that TLG is going through development hell. Let's hope it still turns out ok cause one of the only things that went through true development hell and turned out great was Apocalypse Now. Other than that, you usually see the strain on every inch of the screen for the others.
And I can't see him getting any real funding by anyone other than Sony. End of the day, he's not very productive from a business standpoint and tha...
Haha, they're messing with us. It's left 4 dead 3.
Only valve can get away with messing with us like this...
It was fun honestly. The worst parts are honestly when the map opens up ridiculously (extreme difficulty spike) and the part right after that (~5 hours of a padding side mission that has nothing to do with the story). Other than that, it's a fun game. Not great but not terrible.
It's very similar to FFX honestly. Look at the the maps in FFX. It's very* linear till they open up a huuuuuge field and even a similar leveling system. Obviously not as great as X ...
