That's very true. Usually things that are mainstream are dumbed down and not even a bit artistic. Only one exception that I can think of: GTA IV.
People bought it droves but the dialogue in it tops the dialogue from most movies. It's pretty surprising if you think about it.
Oh and the Dark Knight was another example of mainstream art. Not to the same degree as GTA IV but still more than I expected when walking into that theater.

Exactly! Like you said, EA appearing to revert back to its old ways is probably because of this. We lost good EA because so many people showed that they will buy anything that has a name that they recognize. So, this is our fault for being a weak community. We lost Mirror's Edge 2 and many others because we bought mw2.

It's a hypothetical question meant to open your eyes to the unjust treatment some games get from reviewers (should've been a sandbox, flamethrower looks funny, too much variety ect.).
I'm sure it's a good game but it's a question that's meant to show you that the mentality reviewers went into mw2 with is different than say, Killzone 2.

I just really hope the versions that were effected with a price hike don't sell well. That way all the developers see that you shouldn't raise prices.

Question for everyone though: Is the singleplayer good like the first one? IGN said the story is kinda unbelievable (in a bad way). Is that true? Cause I like singleplayer more than multiplayer.

Some of you just aren't getting it. It will be a great game. But that's not the problem. Problem is that they feel they can raise the price. The after effects of that could be price hikes for all games.

I'm not sure you guys are understanding LittleBigPlanet glitches. There's one that makes an item go further than the 3 spaces you're allowed and making non slippery glass or glass you could grab.
A lot of people use those in their levels and to take minor yet cool glitches out would suck.
So, these are actually good glitches that the community loves.
Really, how hard is it to reset it and be fair. I'm good but I don't play multiplayer enough to be on the leaderboards. But a few of people on my friends list are good enough to be on it. Now they're hurt by this.
