I'd say a LttP is the best 2D Zelda game. Everything was just about perfected by that point. I didn't like how little screen time Ganon got but other than that, perfect.
But MM really was something else. It's true that few games give you that unique feeling of unstoppable impending doom. Everything just felt kinda depressing. And I love the Song of Healing in it. It's so perfect.

I'd add GTA IV to that list. Since most of you said it was "too boring to finish," you're missing out on one of the most emotional stories in video games.
And I don't know if it's cause I only ever got to around the first Oblivion gate then just lost myself in the world, but I don't even remember Oblivion's story. Others in the series might be better though. I wouldn't know.
edit: Also the Jak and Daxter series is surprisingly deep for a platformer. I'...

Well, I don't know. But if MS did ban peoples' consoles without the right to do so, tyen I do hope MS loses. But everytime you log onto live (or PSN or anything), you agree to the ToS. If that says no modifications whatsoever then you're in the wrong.

That suing for hot coffee thing is thrown around a lot. I looked it up before.
The lady sued because the coffee was abnormally hot. So hot that she got 2nd degree burns I think. That's why she sued. Cause it was hotter than what's allowed and she got hurt badly because of it.

By modding your console, you broke the XBL ToS. I'm sure it says in there if you break that, your money's forfeit.

But a home fix for RROD is a violation of the ToS anyways right? So what does it matter? Pirating is illegal but things like that break that huge wall of text none of us ever read.

I suppose that's true. But edge is just way too harsh to be taken seriously. When I want a tough but fair review, I go to IGN Australia. They never give free passes to games, yet they don't go and give them a 5/10.
Tough enough to see the actual problems but fair enough to believe them.

This list is missing inFamous. Besides Uncharted 2, it's my favorite game this year. Was really surprised how good it was.
Assassin's Creed 2. I'm sure it's good but I doubt it's as good as inFamous. I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure.

I wouldn't say topped. Though I will say that WW might have matched OoT's ending battle. Both were just about perfect. After a straightforward fight with Ganondorf you race down a collapsing caste only to find beast-like Ganon waiting for you. Sick.
Then WW's famous long final fight and the stab through the head. But WW had those (at times) boring sailing pieces. I'd say it's about one notch down from OoT though.
