I love nintendo. As a kid I grew up playing the original nintendo and I remember shoveling snow and mowing lawns in order to buy Super Mario Bros 3 ( the first game I purchased on my own or it could have been faxanadu). That being said my point is that although I love nintendo, I had to move on because they have a template and try to follow it to a T. I would love for them to expand their portfolio to a more diverse library of games. Enough of Mario and more software innovation please!
This article was pretty lame. The reason that microsoft had that many exclusives was because they didnt show any games during their reveal where as sony showed 5. Although MS did have quite a few reveals, a CG image that states a game is coming out is completely useless. At least 6 of those games were CG. MS has some promising titles but the only one that had that wow factor was titanfall.
I can tell u what went wrong........VITA. as much as I love my psv, the lag in must have titles or the promise of more quality titles to come are few and far between. I love the remastered games but I would prefer to have new experiences and not rehashes of previou s games. All in all good conference but, when the psv presentation just barely outshines last years psv presentation that's a huge problem ib my book.
I'm not really sure how xbox is a more premium product. They're both high end gaming consoles that will offer a ton of products. If you say that u prefer xbox then fine I understand but to say its a more premium product is simply trolling.
Wow is it me or does vita really look dead in the water because those announcements although much need was pretty lame.
Everyone says the games look great but other than titanfall all the other games really didn't do it for me. Ryse showed nothing that I haven't seen before and it looks somewhat generic, killer instinct is great and nostalgic but it ain't streetfighter or mk, insomniac games just showed a trailer and I feel for that one before (I'm looking at u overstrike/fuse), and some of the small studio games looked promising. The games were ok in my opinion. Titanfall looks amazing!!! Im not really sure why everyone thinks that Ryse looks so great. All the demo showed was repetitive enemy character models and limb dismemberment. As for the system itself wayyyyyyy to much money.
A little pricey and I wasn't really overly impressed with the conference. Titanfall looked really good, Ryse looked somewhat generic like a roman Genji, sunset overdrive showed nothing but a CG trailer, and I would have to say killer instinct looked pretty good (like a next gen killer instinct). Not to mention capcom sucks. LOL did you hear the crowd gasp when they mentioned the price.
I'm not sure how consumers who purchase your product are considered thiefs. Only the software industry tries to dictate what u can do with their product once u purchase it. Digital downloads are sonewhat understandable but for a consumer to spend over 60 on a hard copy of a disc and for a company to tell that I can only allow one friend to use it or that I can use it at a friends house but that is monitored/restricted as well is completely unacceptable.

This article is ridiculous. To compare ND and activision is like your comparing a big mac to a gourmet hamburger. Although their both burgers and the big mac sells significantly more, the difference in the quality of the two are unquestionable. Im all for console exclusives by 1st party developers but, console exclusivity for games that were once multiplatform really sucks. How about they spend the money to create a new experience that will convince people to purchase your console. Its much more enticing when companies display their creative talents as opposed to the depths of their pockets.
When I first played heavenly sword I thought "meh" this game is ok, and it went back on the shelf to collect dust. I decided to give it another chance like a year later and WOW what was I thinking. This game is and was fantastic! I would instantly purchase this if a sequel were to be made. So I'm paying them the same price as retail so I can not have a physical copy and eat up precious hard drive space......... nope ill pass and get a physical copy.
EA is the publisher not the developer. Unfortunately this is all insomniacs doing, they own the IP so they have final say on everything that has to do with the game. EA isnt great but people need to stop blaming them for everything bad that happens in the gaming industry. I will still hold judgement until I actually play the game but Im not too hopeful after playing the demo.
I find it strange that fuse is coming out in 4 days and we have yet to see any hype or excirement from gamers and gaming sites.
Im not really sure how the author compares this game to uncharted when he says the tone, pace, and enemy AI are very different. Just because its made by the same developer doesnt mean that its a similar game. I thought this was a preview, not a point by point analysis of how this game may or may not resemble uncharted.

I really don't even understand your comment. You have no idea how well kinect works right now, Im not sure how you comment on the responsiveness of controllers when you havent used them as yet, and we all have instant switching between all media ( its called the input button on your remote). Not to mention I can tell you what benefited from blu-ray. The xbox one as the implemented a blu-ray drive into their newest gaming system (sony must have forced blu-ray down MS throats too ).
