The 360 has more games than the ps3? Can you prove that because I just dont see that being the case. If it does have a larger library does that mean that its a better library? I thought that most of the offerings that the 360 has can also be found on the ps3 unless your talking abt some of the cable apps in which you need to be a cable subscriber to use. This is just my opinion but I think a blu-ray player is much more valuable than being able to utilize services that you already own.

I think the writer has a pt. After nintendos dismal software showing with the Wii, I dont think that most (not all) consumers have blind faith in yhe fact that they can fully deliver on the software end. I remember all of the complaints that nin abandoned the hardcore. I doubt this sentiment is gonna change without a ton of support from all developers.
Infamous 3 is a must!!!! I loved the first one (probably my fave game this generation I thought the story rocked!!!) I loved the second one too. Lol I even pre-ordered the psn version. I believe someone mentioned this before but, I think an Infamous movie needs to be made. If its done well and follows the story I think it would be great!

I really dont think that MH being exclusive on 3ds has anything to do with the install base. I remember when monster hunter was released on the 360 and not on the ps3. I think that a contract was made between nintendo and capcom in which sony just choose not to match/bid. Sony once stated that they refuse to buy 3rd party exclusivity and thats exactly what capcom probably wanted.

I truly miss the Kefka days or even FF 9 with Vivi. With every iteration FF becomes more and more like a japanese version of mass effect.

The thing is that customers shouldn't need time to understand a product. Most products that excel are simple and easily resonate with the public. I always thought The wii U was a horrible name especially if they are attempting to carve out an identity for a new console at least the ps and xbox has number iterations..
The cell more ram and a better optimized graphics card would be a win win for sony and consumers. More processing power and cheaper development of the system due to already established architecture.
