However, the proof is only in their minds, and until that changes, nothing will.
I would say that was a "clobbering time" comment. You beat me to the greedy quote, so bubs up to you.
In the 30 years I have been connected to some form of online network, one of the lessons I have learned, is that it takes some years to pass before a person understands the vastness of human opinion, and all its, seemingly infinite, permutation; concordantly, while learning, that their voice is but one voice, amongst multitudes of voices echoing through the sum of human history, past, present and future. Once that person understands the framework, then age and immaturity no longer constrain ...
Evil, if you find that world, send me an invite.
My 40 something friends, and I, all call it Mindcrack.
I agree, unless the AI happens to be Alyx Vance, then I don't mind.
You are welcome, and ditto. I am sorry to read that you feel disenfranchised by something you apparently used to enjoy; however, I absolutely do not share that sentiment. While I do agree that MS has attempted to get more customers from within the casual space; i disagree that it was to the detriment to the core gamer. Between disc based games and XBLA, I have more games to play than time, and unfortunately I have plenty of time. I could ramble on ad nauseam about how much fun I have, how en...
Just because you feel pissed on does not mean that we all do.
XBLA is always, as the kids say, bringing it.
Wow someone that feels exactly like I do, except I feel that vway about Sony. You couldn' t pay me to own any Sony electronic device., and ai could use the money. Sony, in my personal experience, is a duplicitous company; and no matter how many bribes it offers, I will never be impressed. Please note that I think the PS3 is a facinating piece of hardware, and I admire the concept of its chip design; however I give most of that credit to IBM.
I have been a rewards member since Dec 2010. In that time I have accumulated: 1990 MSP, 4 avatar props, 2 avatar outfits, Some cool forum banners, and a pretty darn good report on how much I game. Now, I will get 2% back on all my purchases, and I dont see how that is a bad thing. I wonder if people gripe like this about getting 1 to 2% back on their credit cards? I am a hardcore XBL user, and this will benefit me.
Kinect is more than that, but convincing dissenters is not my job. My family and I enjoy what Kinect has to offer.
And you feel justified in that by what reason? The stuff on the net should be free? You hate Microsoft? It is not really stealing? File sharing is something everyone does? Piracy is a victimless crime? Whatever the reason, as long as you realize you are stealing, then at least you're not lying to yourself.
I have seen 2 seven year olds have an absolute blast being a bear, and a 2 year old more tickled than Elmo by the Sesame adventure. Nice to see a positive review.
Pulling out shrapnel wih a multitool, setting a break, dislodging bullets with a knife, and all the other crazy ways to heal in Far Cry 2 set it apart for me.
Thank you Borderlands for giving me something to do until H4 releases ( a fun something to do at that). The more I read, watch, and listen to, the higher my internal hype meter gets for Halo 4. The Chief is my favorite FPS protagonist, and can't wait to fill his shoes again.
Has that much time truly passed? Or is the internet filled with those poor souled ADD and ADHD sufferers that feel like 24 hours is such a long time? When did waiting become such an anathema, and hyper-criticism a new gamer entitlement?
That being said I feel your pain Skyrim fans.
Sounds incredible.
Oh man, that would be fantastic, LOL at 200 page refreshers, I disagree, however. I have been reading the series since its inception, and would love to RPG through the world Robert Jordon created, and Brandon Sanderson is lovingly bringing to , what I believe to be, an exciting denouement.
I certainly agree with you. Beating FC2 on hardcore, was one of the most challenging gaming experiences of my long gaming life.
