Sony's victory was in the price department, but MS had better game announcements. Ultimately, to me, games are the most important aspect of any console. Sony did not price itself out of competitiveness with the price of the PS3 at launch; and neither will MS.
So the companies can't "spy" on us at home, but our Govt can spy on us everywhere else?
My 360/Kinect is on 18+ hours a day. I use the voice commands daily, I love Kinect even it's "cavedevice" stage.
Sony's mindset is survival, and profit, nothing more.

If I am to get one in a couple of years ,it would be the XO. I am always connected, don't buy used games, and like many of my Japanese.counterparts, I will support my countries console. My 360 is online 350 hours+ per month, consuming games and media; therefore, I am very excited for the future possibilities of the Xbox platform. However, I will be playing my 360 for the next couple of years.
Ms is known for offering trials, so it is not beyond the realm of possibility that each character could have, say, a 3 match trial, or 10 minute trial. I like the Idea of picking my own roster.
Did you noticed how it was worded That you can loan a game to "a" friend. In my language "a" typically refers to singular nouns. Just saying.
I wouldn't own a Sony product if it was given to me, and MS has yet to convince me that nextgen is for me. However, I think I am going to wait and see what Valve is coming up with. Until then, I'll keep loving to play my 360.
How do you PS fans feel about having to pay to play online?
Also does this mean people that purchase the XO can be the elitist butthats, this time, because they paid more at launch?

Wow? 96? My friends across the pond have a much different view than I do. 96 might have been the best year of the decade, and to me that's a big might. The best year of the 90s, IMO,would be 1998
Compared to 10s, 7.5 is low. Is it a low score? Not really, but upon reading it, I think the reviewer should be reviewing things like: cutlery sets, propane tanks, or anything else not related to gaming.
As a 360 owner, and unlikely PS4 owner, I was impressed, and excited for gaming in general. I was most excited watching the 3rd party developers , and the multi-platform game demos and trailers, kudos to Sony for ushering in the next generation of console gaming.
Being a father of 4 sons, I know that anything can affect your children negatively, if allowed. I am very careful in what I let my kids watch and play. I have tried to make sure they are grounded in reality, but can have fun in a fantasy. In the same way premature exposure to pornography corrupted my young mind, I believe violence can do the same.
