Yet you still went out of you way to play a video game that triggered you, killed a made up character over and over that has an infinite amount of respawns just to deal with your feelings being hurt? Wow. Tell me were you finally able to kill Abby? Or did she just respawn like always, waiting for to try again?
No one is forcing you to play any game or their opinion on you. You just get triggered when you see something you don't agree with and then consider it as forcing.
Here is some advice, if you don't like a game, move on, you are not being forced to watch, play, comment, or buy any particular game. You forced yourself to do it, get triggered and then go about crying to people a game is being forced on you.
it obviously did not turned off a lot of fans. If you didn't like it, cool, but many of us (fans of the first game, far more i might add), did. Not sure why that bothers people so much
If you go on any site, that actually requires verified and/or proof of purchase, the game always has a very high rating. Playstation users voted and gave this game the most awards, you know the platform that has most, if not all the fans.

There are thousands and thousands of games without gay people, but the second 1 or two games have a gay character, you start to cry and call it forced. You have not even played the game, so am guessing people are telling what to think. Tell me exactly what is being forced? The fact that Ellie is gay and kissed a girl? Neil said those people needed help, if you are going to send death threats to him, racist anti-semitic messages to him because he is Jewish, threatening the life of the voice actress of Abby and her daughter, as well as harassing some of the devs of the company, over a made up fake story in a video game and then play victim when those people fire back, you really need a lot of help.

The probkem is, the second the so called media mentions a gay character, people like you call it woke. The haters brought far more attention to this game than they expected, hell due to the fact that, some of the salty haters send racist antisemitic messages, harassing devs and send death threats, the main stream media began talking about this game. I guess Sony should be thanking those snowflakes.
