Agree 100%. It was the most hyped game in history and critics had sold their high ratings in return for cash.
When it came to actually playing the game, alot of gamers laughed at the amazingly underwhelming feeling.
Having this run on my HD5870 FireX system, I can confirm right now that this is nowhere near GT5, even GT5:P which is what I was comparing it too.
In GT5, even the badges on the back of the car shine as the sun goes over the chrome.
It is very possible to achieve this, but at how much time and work? A heck of a lot!
Even so, I thought the Playstation Eye was 120FPS, perhaps 60FPS? I know it is over 30FPS because this came from people who got it working on PCs and noted how fast the capture was.
As above says.
Only get the PS3 exclusives on PS3 now. Any Multiplatform game I get for PC because it is usually about £10 cheaper and it looks better, on par with the PS3 exclusives... except for maybe a couple of gems which consoles at the moment cannot compete with but they are rarer than the PC fanboys like to make out.
I don't see a point in getting the multiplats on a console.
We know you did not just download all of that. Even South Koreans with all of the bandwidth would take a very long time to download all of that stuff.
There is a such as thing as the limit on the other side, even with P2P you would get nowhere near 100MB actual speed.
Thats because people fib on the internet. That guy cannot afford another console, he just wants to moan that he is being forced to pay for products. As if he would demand a free hit from his dealer!
Nobody will paying $5 for a pirated PS3 game for a while.... if you look on google, it shows those recorable puppies are still $9.99 EACH!
XD
How pirates are happy paying $60 for 8 BD-RE's and spending all those hours downloading the games? I expect Sony to make it even more annoying for them, by ordered all developers to start using all 50GB of the disc... stocking them up with dummy files that for security reasons are actually required.
...
BWA-HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!
My PC could emulate 5 instances of Halo: Reach at the same time with no FPS drop!
Son, you need to understand computing before you start spouting off crap!
is British right?
If so, he is in big trouble if this is real. The UK made any such coding illegal during a court case in July. He'll go to jail if he releases code that can lead to piracy.
die piracy die!
and what use would a PS3 be if you get the MAC banned? Would that really both worth the price of just playing PS2 games when this could have been done by spending £20 on a second hand PS2 console?
GT5 has been a Top 5 in the pre-order weekly charts on Play.com since the game was announced!
That means it was selling as pre-order as a Top 5 game every week for YEARS! That would make GT5 the most aniticipated game in Play.com history. Ever.
Also, where did those numbers come from? You haven't provided any source at all!
Every GT full game sells better than any other game that year. GT5 will be the daddy.

Why on earth should I give microsoft any sort of respect?
What is the difference with this and MW 1.
Tbh, nothing apart from new maps and a few new vehicles. It's just an expensive expansion. Play MW1 and you have played them all.
It should be fun, but GT5 says hi!
I would rather get my Blu-Rays and CDs for free Look_Behind... but guess what, I don't hide them under my clothes when leaving the shops!!!!
I AM NOT A THIEF!!
I save up for what I buy, you should try the same some time. And you did agree to the terms and conditions, if you declined you would have sent it back to the store stating you do not agree to the terms and conditions and as such it is up to the store to send it back to the manufacturer.

No. We will still see the same prices, just that the new ones to go on the shelf will display AMD instead.
You do realise that Radeons will still be coming right?
They will now be called AMD Radeon instead of ATI Radeon. Apart from the name change, the only real difference now is that under the ATI brand the cards had a budget proportional to the ATI brand... but under AMD there will be more scope to increase the budget as the AMD brand is far richer, it covers everything that company does.
This should have been seen coming as AMD are releasing a hybrid CPU/GPU ar...
Yes it was. It was a huge disappointment. It didn't deserve anywhere near the scores it got given by those reviewers who had been paid to look at it favourably.
