Looks tons of fun!
Interesting, I was just thinking how I WANT EPISODE 3 RIGHT NOW! The Borealis mystery is killing me..
Oh.. SNAP!
Come to think of it, all these GPU's, RAM and processors are overkill today.
There are merely a couple of games that utilize the monster machines some people have. And most of these games are just bad console ports, which actually run more consistently on consoles than on PCs (remember what a wreck GTA IV was, what a wreck Saints Row 2 still is while Metro 2033 indeed does run and look just fine on an Xbox 360).
I just don't see what the whole fuss abou...
God damn it, why doesn't the game come out for PC aswell?
Wow, my comment got misinterpreted.. Again. I played Dragon Rising, loved it, but it just felt unfinished. Same with every sim game I played. It just feels like they threw the game out on sale the moment it was playable and didn't even bother to touch it up a bit.
Why do sim games always have to look so god damn cheap..
Wow, a day after Uncharted 3..
They kill off Leon, they kill off the best character in the series.
Bad Company 1 had a very good knifing system. It felt rewarding.
Something looks kinda weird.. I can't exactly point it out.. But something isn't right with physics in some scenes.. Also, crash debris just pops out of nowhere in some scenes..
Wait, what about DX10.1? Only DX9 and DX11 support?
Well, my 3+ year old PC with an HD4850 and a C2DE8400 plays the game on Hardcore settings with very surprising 30-40 average FPS, goes up to 90FPS on some instances.
So no, you don't need a monster PC to max this game out.
In all honesty I expected way more from the PC version. From the looks of things, the PC version doesn't look that much better than the console versions. Of course, PC still has the performance edge..
One of the ninja turtles? :P
After all the fuss it turns out NEITHER ONE IS BETTER. They are just different. Both versions have a style of their own. Comes down to preference, really. Now if only my PS3 didn't YLOD.. Meh, I still got my PC.
The last time I felt sorry about not being able to play a game because I'm not home was way back in the PS1 era, when gameplay was way more important than graphics.
The biggest limitation of the game is the change of scenery. The tropical island in the original looked fantastic and beautiful. There's nothing spectacular in an urban environment. Nothing at all.
Same shit with network problems occurred on the PC and 360 demo.. Piece of shit network coding ;)
I changed my decision. I will pirate it day one.. For the singleplayer at least.
If it is better on PS3, that would be the first time for Rockstar.
