Well to all of you with YouTube on your PS3, this is for the people who have Tivo and DON'T have a PS3. Maybe gamers here know someone who would never buy a gaming system but have a Tivo hmm? Ever think of that?
With all these dropouts from college gaining big money from the internet, I wonder at times why do I bother staying in school?

But then again, if you ever read the local newspaper, once in a while they will have a game review. Those are definitely aimed at people who are not familiar with most gaming terms used in other reviews. While 99 percent of us here would scoff at them. They are pretty good for casual gamers.
Not the point. People who review games see them in a different light than the parent who plays on the weekends to unwind. Game reviewers review games based on a certain scale. A bad game to them doesn't mean a bad game for the parent who plays once in awhile to unwind.
That's pretty funny, since even right after it was released in Japan you could find it for 60.

As I've said before, even with the perfect crew and cast, there is no way you can condense a MGS type story down to 2-3 hours and hope that it will satisfy the fans AND the rest of the public. Even if they did, I doubt that it would feel like MGS.
Actually, it's because of this that almost any movie based on a game with a huge backstory would fail. It's why I didn't like FFVII:AC, it moved along way to fast to have a lasting impact.
Speaking of hair, did he actually have any? or was that just a wig, I mean, it never did turn invisible with stealth did it?
Raiden has no reason to fight Snake, so I doubt he would be a boss, storywise. The fact that he wouldn't be a match for him doesn't really make any sense, I mean couldn't you say Snake shouldn't be a match for many of the bosses? Metal Gears, helicopters, etc.

Thinking about it, why did people (including myself) hate Raiden so much? I mean all he was trying to do was get girls to like MGS. Something a lot of us have tried to do (and probably failed). Jealousy perhaps?
