I've played almost every sonic game, and there hasn't really been a good 3d one since SA2. The PS3/360 one was a slap in the face. I am skeptical of this one as well, just let me know how that RPG is coming right Bioware? Oh wait, EA bought Bioware...damn it

Their mascot is one of the most well known in college though. But still, an odd choice.
See, it is hard for EA to use real college players for their covers, (college players can't receive any money from outside sources or whatever) So using a mascot is easier. In football games, they don't use the player's names, just the number.
College fans will notice this instantly, which apparently the majority of you aren't. No big deal though, if I wasn't a football fan, I would have had the same reaction.
I have no problem with where I live (I live in Kentucky), I'm just tired of our lack of common sense. Our government just spent 72 million to send flyers out telling people our tax rebate (or whatever it is) is ALMOST in the mail.
People are just lazy, if you really want a Wii that bad, look around. At most you would have to wait one week. If there are none at where you usually shop, look at other stores, and ask when the shipment comes in. Then show up on that day. It's not rocket science.
Of course, we're talking about the United States of "I'm too f****** lazy to put any effort into anything" Excluding our troops of course.
The only way I could see people disagreeing with this is the length. Twenty years, are you kidding me? (I wasn't one of those disagrees, just trying to rationalize their thoughts)
I'm sure more than 100,000 people hate the 360/PS3/WII, so that logic is flawed.
The problem with that is it is a lot easier to make a traditional style platformer (like Mario) in 3d than a Sonic style platformer, where you have to go fast. But it is possible, just leave his buddies out of it, I don't want to have to play 5 levels of FISHING to access the final boss.
ps. The final showdown of S3&K is my favorite boss battle ever. At the time, it felt perfect in every sense.
