Why does it matter if its a man, or woman? If I'm the CEO of a company, I couldn't care what sex you are. If you're an excellent candidate for the job, you should be considered. If its proven that you clearly surpass the other rivals, you should be given the position.

As for Sony not showing "all their hand". Why should they? It's obvious they didn't ever intend to go nuts at E3. They're other conferences to showcase games at. The launch date/estimation is still far away.
