You dont have to subscribe to Netflix. That's only if you want to stream it. You can buy it on Amazon. But you just made a perfect example of the point she was making.
I think you're history sounds a little off. Microsoft never intended to make those games exclusive. They stated it from the start. If they wanted to they could, but business wise it better to keep them multiplat. It was the right thing to do. Why would they keep them exclusive when the other route brings in more money. Don't forget sony played a part in them securing that deal when they were exposed doing similar but smaller deals with publishers and they still do.
Nintendo is a gaming company only. Its not the same for them.
That may have been true 10 or 20 years ago but not now. You don't need a playstion to play GOW or Helldivers 2. You don't need a xbox to play Halo or Forza . Thats what's she saying and its true. You don't need to sell 80 to 100 million consoles to have some success. Whatever is best for the business model is what you should gear towards.
Crashing? I don't think so. They're making a lot of money and that's the bottom line. And don't act like you can only get sony games on playstation. You can play them on PC, Ally and if rumors are true the next gen xbox will also be able to do it in some way. Thats the way the industry is heading because game development is so expensive. Software is where the money is and if you have your games available in more places the better it is for the publishers.
Even though she has a point because exclusives are be coming less important, she never said exclusives are antiquated. Its just another article with a catchy title for hits.
To each his own. Gaming isn't about winning someone over.
Overall id say it went well. They didn't sell as many as they wanted to but console sales aren't the only way to measure success. The xbox brand is very profitable for them. Sony sold way more consoles but when you look at the profits tbe gap isn't as big.
Overall id say it went well. They didn't sell as many as they wanted to but console sales aren't the only way to measure success. The xbox brand is very profitable for them. Sony sold way more consoles but when you look at the profits tbe gap isn't so wide. Hardware sales are good but they don't bring in much dough.
Screw up how. They games us more games than sony this gen. This gen for sony has been mediocre.
If its as powerful as they claim I'll definitely get it. Im.looking foward to seeing what they bring for next gen. $1000 is a bit expensive but if its worth it i think most xbox gamers will buy it. PS5 pro is $750 and imo not worth the refresh. I. glad ms didn't do a refresh for series x and just focused on next gen.i think it'll pay off.
Facts
Some don't like the fact that it plays ps games so of course they will say its not an xbox. Some are just nitpicky. If this things fails they'll be calling it a xbox.🤷
Then don't buy it.Its probably not for you.
I can play games in my library. But I cant play Resistance on my PS5.
I know. Kind of like VR. Major headaches.
I said the same thing about ps5pro. Totally not worth it.
Gotta give him his props because if this project wouldn't have come out with good reviews people would be blaming Phil. Especially the Sony crew. Its no secret that yiu guys just hate on anything xbox. And this handheld is probably the. Est one out there right now.
So, the way i see it, this Ally x wouldn't exist if Phil wouldnt have agreed to the partnership. The ergonomics,;software and how it functions shows the xbox team was deeply involved. I haven't heard...
Thats ok. Just don't buy it. Its not for you.

Explain the PS2
Thats easy. It was because it had a large diverse library and it had backwards compatibility for ps1 titles. Playstation already had a fanbase and was well known and the OG Xbox didn't really have a fan base. Hardly any big games. And remember back then sony was paying publishers to keep games on just playstation which meant keeping them off of any competing console. It worked out for them but they underestimated ju...
