I had my girl look at the wii u commercial and give her thoughts. Her thoughts were the wii u appealed to all def towards families. She also said that she is not paying a lot of money for something she won't be using every day. At this point I was like wow Nintendos smart. You get the casual money and then you get some hardcore money.

No dissrespect but I'm going to go on a limb and say more casual gamers visit sites like cnet and engadget to get the latest on tech. Those sites will talk about the WIIU when it releases. Why would you only buy a console for one game?
If you think about it Nintendo actually included reasons to use the wii u other than games. There are a lot of bonds built via COD and games like that to think you can mingle in the plaza and chat. I like what there doing and glad I ordered mine on day 1.
