Usually I read the article and move on but these comments are downright funny. There is a lot of fanboy rage on a page for a console they don't own.
The funny part is after the new systems relase are people expecting them to have 40 all new games that aren't ports ?
Do people expect the new systems to ship millions of units within months of release?
Do people think that developers who can't move units will only make games for that system? ...
This is the type of game that had all my friends playing games. I can't wait until it gets released for the Wii U If Nintendo hears the fans we may see this at E3.

I agree with you and pops I think we have to understand Nintendo just doesn't like to release half assed games. You can knock there hardware as much as you want but there software consistently scores high reviews, They set standards on platform and 2d gaming. New Super Mario Bros U was one of the better platforming games that came out last year and it was done in about 4 to 6 months or less. If they can work magic like that I'm scared of what they can do with a full year.
Miyamoto and Anouma will never go anywhere they are the face of the company. Say what you want but every big game they create sales millions and there work sets the tone for games to copy there work. IMO it's a smart move. I always felt like this should happen.
If I am looking to make a game and have no money I would love a free kit that way I could make a game make money and make more games. Therefore I make money and make companies money.
I bought the Wii U and love it right now i'm loving my purchase and don't regret it. I had mine pre ordered on day one came home got it connected did the update and got out during the download. The only issue I have now is Hulu freezes my system at times. But so far game wise have Zombie U, Darksiders and Nintendo land. I also have supported the indie movement with purchasing great games and love the new retro games they have.

It's def not about the hardware it's about the games. If you go to a store and game system A has 200 great quality games and console B has 5 games that are great as well. Game console A is getting 20 more games that are great between now and a year and console b is getting 5 more games in that similar span of time. I agree sir PS owners are on here blasting when the reality is they would be lucky to get 10 quality games in the first year. Also pre orders and bought units are 2 different things I can almost guarantee the PS4 will be more expensive than the WII U and there will be less games when it release.
