Yeah, people say this game is a POS when they've never played it and are basing this assumption on the bad reviews and their hatred of anything Sony. Most of the people on here that have played the game said it is pretty fun. I'll judge for myself. I don't let other people make up my mind about things like these, and neither should anyone else. Once again I would go out and buy this game but it's SOLD OUT everywhere I've gone. So that says something about how good/bad this game is.

Go to gamefly.com, click on Xbox. Click on "New releases".
Do the same with PS2 and look at the difference (2 Xbox games compared to 36 PS2). All these game you just listed are old, and most of them are multiplat. Nothing on here even compares to something like God of War 2.

I agree with you scotty. This is stupid. When the demo comes out then you can compare A.I. Or *gasp* wait until both the games have been released. EGM is crap anyways. This isn't news.

There's more than three. Don't forget they put HDMI in all the other models as well. And the 65nm chip or whatever the hell. Then there's the rumored HDDVD version. If they release a HDDVD version they would contradict pretty much everything they've been going for with the DVD9.
Well all the people who own the original Xbox have Madden and NCAA to look forward to playing. Thats about all. They could have at least supported third party games like PS2 and a couple of first party ones. Why not!? Honestly I don't think they even got a chance to tap into the power of the first Xbox. Chronicles of Riddick was the best looking game on that system. They could have done better I think.
If MS releases another console in four years it will still be competing with the PS3 and they will most likely abandon the 360 owners just as they did the original Xbox. Sony built this machine to last, just as they did the PS2.
And Mario, there's three versions. The 20gb (w/o wifi/memory stick slots, with emotion chip), the 60gb (with wifi/and memory stick slots, also with emotion chip), and the 80gb with software emulation of the PS2's emotion chip.
Obviously a lot of people want to buy a PS2 or they wouldn't be outselling everything else that's on the market. I mean, it's not like they're still making pretty much all the third party games for it still. The only games they've released for the regular Xbox is Madden and NCAA.
They won't hurt the 360 sales; not with Halo coming out as soon as it is. People just need something to talk smack about. Nothing more. It amazes me how good the ignore button works on this site :D
Sonic is the worst game on PS3. I played that game for 5 minutes and took it back to Blockbuster.. and once again: JUST BECAUSE A GAME GETS BAD REVIEWS FROM SOME MAGS/WEBSITES DOESN'T MEAN IT'S A CRAPPY GAME. Reviews don't determine whether or not you like playing a game. A lot of people like playing Lair despite the bad reviews. Same with Warhawk's (I'm addicted to that game) reviews. I've played more Warhawk than any other game lately, and I have all three systems at my disposal. Metriod Prime is great too, and of course that game got great scores. But I've still been playing Warhawk more. I've yet to play Bioshock though, that will probably cut into my Warhawking very soon.
Have you played Lair Moondust? If you have I could understand you calling it a POS. If not then shut up, please.
This game is so awesome, I played it at Quakecon last year and the year before and all I can say is: WOW.
