Crappy ports come from crappy companies that don't know how to code for a ps3 or don't even try to. As for installs, not all games actually need an install to run or look beautiful. Great site for easy / fast searching of LBP levels. Also shows you all the pics and comments for the level. Anyone who plays LBP should try the site out, its a great addition for the LBP community.
Game sharing is fun with people with you know and trust with your info, only stupid when trading games with random people you just met. Saves you money as well by having several friends split the cost of a single game or have rotate who gets the next game and the rest share it.
I think the code is valid once. But you can give out your PSN details to friends and have them download it from your account as many times as you want. But you might want to restrict who you give it to as you never know who might have a little fun and make purchases on the PSN store using your information, making you pay the bill (if you have your credit card info on there or such).
The medic gun is fun, though I can't tell how much it is doing in damaging the enemy in comparison to the other 2 classes. I end up usually around 6th or 7th in kills, but the xp from the medics is mostly from healing others which gets me in the top half of the group. As for special ops, when they the ability to go invisible, it extends their life a lot and makes some objectives a lot easier as they can run past the enemy to disable things. With soldiers, if they have a special ops feeding...
What servers are they playing on that they can't find anyone to shoot at or to get shot at by? Are they playing like 4 on 4 on a large map? I find it easy to find others if you play on a server with a good amount of people. Hell, there's one general area where people spawn at (changing a several yards if the enemy is camping the spawn point), so its easy to find someone if you head in that general direction.
Yah, I agree with you. First few days the servers were rough, with not being able to log on or disconnects. After that, I didn't really have any problems and had a lot of fun.
I played halo 3, it was overhyped. The multiplayer was fun, campaign was eh. As for Gears, the campaign was fun, but multiplayer wasn't the greatest I've seen. And saying PS3 retards started it just shows that you're a 360 fanboy. And I do agree with you, fanboys suck, period.
with your Cons, it has multiplayer. Its offline multiplayer, but multiplayer non the less. You should write "No Online Multiplayer" as its misleading to say there isn't any to begin with.
It has multiplayer, just not online multiplayer. It still looks beautiful and fun to play even without an online component.
Yah, GTA IV had a bunch of problems when it first launch, but some how still got a ton of 10s... Some many times I got stuck in walls..
The beta for LBP has sick.
The beta was fun. And as for "When you finish that THEN you can spend hours making levels", you can do that or play levels that other people spent hours making and enjoy that. It may take a while to perfect your creation, but it brings out the artistic side of people.
