As long as they don't cut content to fit it on a certain console like FFXIII or sacrifice graphics, it can go multiplat for all I care as long as it comes out.
Anyone else think this would be a great game to teach young girls about why they should vacuum the house more often?
I loved exploring the village in the first one. The city in the 2nd one sucked.
I haven't seen any offical confirmation on price for the PSN Pass, just most people speculating that its $10 to $20 seeing how its what others are doing.
As for online passes. You can tank Gamestop for companies developing the practice. They make a ton off of used games, and it was only short time till developers and publishers wanted to get a piece of it.
@theEx1Le Nice trolling attempt bring up PS+.
As for Elite, still waiting for a full list of details and what happens when your subscription ends. Tournaments are nice, but having to pay for the sub just to play in the in a bit much...
"But how can you ensure that you have a nice big variety available for all to play? I would say that it’s the smaller developers who are going to cause a big sensation in the coming years."
They do have the Sony Pub Fund which has helped some small developers create games already.
"create an exclusive title for the network, Sony will match your development budget with guaranteed royalties. Sony will help you with game design and marketing plans...
Loved the Kingdom Hearts intro, #2 as well. The CG was great, and I loved the fact that they kept the same singer doing the song for both the English and Japanese versions, not changing it to a different song completely for the NA version (looks at FFXIII...).
DC:UO came with a 1 time use code because its an MMO. Tell me what PC MMOs (that aren't free-to-play) let you sell the game or trade it to a friend and create their own account. They all pretty much have 1 time activation codes.
As for other content being moved to this code, I don't see it happening for any single player content (outside of companies taking chapters or levels and selling it as DLC later on...), since there are still some gamers without internet con...
"Also, an impressive quick scoping aspect has returned"
Don't think impressive is the right word to describe it...
And a troll can state something they notice in their opinion, that has absolutely nothing to do with the article listed and still be a troll.
Not everyone buys the DLC for games and some games don't even have DLC. Also, with game sharing, 1 person can buy the DLC for a game, and 4 of his friends can play it for free. I bought Borderlands new and got 1 of the DLC, but was able to get the other DLC since a friend had purchased them.
It doesn't make them any less of a gamer if they buy it used. But they shouldn't expect to get the same amount of content as someone who buys new. Else the ones getting screwed over are the ones buying it new.
And tell me the condition on a car/motorcycle/furniture/cloth ing is in the same exact condition as it was brand new. The stuff is going to have had the crap beat out of it / look a little worn / have some wear and tear.
Edit: "I won'...
And how many Devs in the past year or so have gone under from lack of sales?
With that "Small instal", it might work like how game sharing currently does. You just need the account of the user that registered / bought / downloaded that software on your PS3, in order for any other account to play that game.
"Because I can't let my friends borrow the game to try out and convince them to buy it"
Ever game share on the PSN? You can have your PSN account activated on 5 different PS3s, so if your friends are real "friends", then you shouldn't have a problem with them logging on your account so they can try out the game.
@StanLee It does look amazing, can't wait for it to come out. Though I've heard its more Borderlands style open, with different sections connected to each other and not able to explore from 1 side to the other without loading screens.
The site uses the exact same title, so no worries.
Fail review is fail.
Hell, it complains about no real tutorials and a new player not being able to get into the game since the combat is a bit complex. I'm curious if they didn't notice the game comes with a remastered version of the first one and that it'd probably be a good idea to play it since it was free and explains the story and combat up to that point.
I could see not playing the first game in a series since you didn't want to spend the ext...
Its not really sporadic seeing as MS doesn't have many core games to release constantly. Hell, Gears 3 was suppose to be out this past spring, but they pushed it back to fall to have something for the holiday season.
They're OK if done right. Like say finding a pepsi/coke/whatever bottle on the ground or a vending machine in a city area. Or a billboard with an AD as you're running through the city.
