In what was suppose to be a direct sequel, not an alternate timeline or such, changing the main characters look was a bit dumb in the first place. Glad they changed it to look more like the original.

So day one DLC that's on the disc (or put on the store weeks in advance of the game) should not be free? I can see DLC coming out after the fact, but when devs say that DLC released after the game comes out doesn't sell, its bull. Just look at Undead Nightmare or the GTA 4 DLC, they all sold pretty well and came out a while after, though not saying it needs to take that long.

The movie does look pretty sweet. Loved the original .hack games and anime. As for the game, looks interesting, though I'd definitely love another .hack RPG.

The climatic ending to a trilogy (that is shaped by the player) has nothing to do with the review score?
I'd say not a major part, but at least 2 points in the score of the "story" of the game (1 in overall score). You can't say a game has a perfect story to it if the ending is shit. You can say the beginning and middle are perfect and give the story portion a 8.

If the quote from the writer is true, then the ME3 writers had their artistic freedom restricted. The way the writing was set up was to have group input, but with the ending, only Casey and the lead (Walters) had any say in what happened.

I swear you can use more than one weapon in the game, unless it was a last minute thing. 5 minutes, 15 seconds in, you can see in the video (linked below) that the guy can switch between 3 weapons at the start of the game.

Not really news... Seeing how many games you can't play on two computers simultaneously. Hell, pretty much every with MMO, if you try to log onto your account on another computer, you either won't be able to or you'll log the other computer off.
