This IMO is nothing but bad news for the 360 system in general. Lots of people own PC's and even gaming PC's are getting more affordable. Why take your flagship title and put it on another platform.. This is a mistake that Sony and Nintendo don't make. But MS seems to be trying to fill it's gaming pockets as fast they can shovel money into them. I understand they are a business and that's what business's do, but this to me just screams "one less reason to buy a 360" to any poten...

@4.2 - MS has put aside a billion dollars to fix it's hardware problems if you have a problem it will cost you nothing.
I wouldn't of commented if I hadn't.. I see the brief spot the cover system is shown. When I hold left trigger and peak out from behind cover in Vegas I guess I remembered it being similar to that. Will have to try it, but if it limits your sight then I would say lame.
They would of included an HD-DVD drive in the 360. Imagine how this "war" would look then.. I'm a proud owner of 1 Blu-ray movie and it was given to me free with my purchase. I won't drop another dime into that crap.. The only HD movies I watch i download from Xbox Live Marketplace or off of Digital Satellite/cable.
MS simply went with the best HD format at the time of launch. HD-DVD was a superior technology at launch, but now Blu-ray has adopted the proper code...
I'm sure it's nothing most people would want.. Something to fill somebodies pockets full of money and drain more cash from their customer base.
If it's a music service GOOD LUCK! Nobody needs a freakin iTUNES rip-off on their game console. I'm hoping it's somethign truly innovative that makes the system more fun, not another way for me to spend money via my 360.

That is definately my kind of game right there. But so far I would say it's not the best looking shooter ever.. This game reminds me a lot of Blacksite Area 51. The destructable environments, textures, etc. the only lacking in Blacksite is a cover system.. Which makes me very happy to hear KZ2 will have that.
Everyone who got to play it at E3 said it was very impressive. It's a shame it wasn't shown more at E3 and I wonder if G4 even saw this title? They spent so much of their time talking about CoD4 when this game is going to be big for the FPS genre. The whole coverage in general for E3 seemed scattered and everyone focused in on the same thing.. The game is just a few weeks away and I expect to see 9's for it.

The HALO story is DEEP.. Maybe you haven't read one of the 4 Halo novels?? They are great sci-fi stories and have even seen time on the best seller list.

You need to get yourself some glasses.. Mass Effect is gorgeous compared to KZ2, not to mention the gameplay is a million times deeper than a freakin FPS.
I watched some of the gameplay video for KZ2 where he switched a button and then shot a large tower.. Wow, malee a control panel than shoot the tower..Real deep gameplay there pal.. Not even in the same league as Mass Effect.

When it comes to the visual appeal of a game. Some people love to drive pink cars and I would never buy one, while I like Black cars and someone would say ewww that's ugly.
This is artistic choices done by the developer and beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
