I'm not a fan of Apple by any means, but I do hope they kick Epics ass.
Most people who cheat don't know how to without these people.
So if you go after the people who create them, I think it will go a long way in reducing the number of both people who do the cheating and the number of cheats there are.
It won't fix it totally, it will make it harder for the cheaters.
Its up to the people who make the game how much they want to invest in it in relation to how much they think they will get back.

The main problem for NEW Physical games these days, is usually there is a big update to install as soon as you insert the disk.
Games companies seem to be in the mind set of we can ship it today and fix the bugs on the first day the people get it.
That might be find when the games comes out, but what happens in 20 years when someone wants to play the game again and those updates are not available?
I find it absolutely funny that Epic is trying to present itself as the victim or the underdog in this situation when I think about how they tried to stiff so many other companies and partners in the past.

I was more surprised by the 'yay' than the game announcement.
The PC version is 58GB which is bad enough, so why does the console version get blown up so large.
Plus the fact they we have to do this once a month.
It's just poor programming.

They are welcome to say these thing because when they do, we'll know who they are and people can then protect their children from them.
The important thing to remember is that just because someone says I'm with that group, does not man that the group agrees with that person.
Morality is just a word people throw round to justify persecuting people who don't look or act the same why they do.

Everyone knows the issues can be patched and will be fixed.
Ya can't going round suing everyone just because the game has a few bugs.
If the game was missing what it promised as advertised, then sure.
But other than than, you have the right to return the product if its faulty.
If everyone sued games companies for what ever reason, no one would want to make games.
