How a teenager feels about a game is oh so relevant to me.

250k is no one. Only the gaming community would think 250k dislikes is something super serious, face it those dislikes are just like the MW2 PC boycott.

I was upset with the awful Space Oddity cover, given the subject matter of the trailer, the quality of the cover and Bowie's death...it just seemed super scuzzy.

There are plenty of contemporary military games do you need to shoot another M4, I'm sorry everything doesn't cater to you.

@Chocoburger Look up downscaling or supersampling(The Nvidia implementation), higher resolutions DOWNscaled (not upscaled) to 1080p look sharper and minimizes the need for AA.

@Eidolon

Let's not make assumptions about me please and I sincerely doubt you have a better handling of Sony's Hardware, Software and business plans than they do. Maybe it's the wrong move, who knows? Neither one of us knows how this will shake out in the long run and I&...

It's an X86 based PC with slightly stronger hardware. It's not like the XB1 where the edRam complicates things significantly, they're set up the exact same way. We're looking at framerate and resolution increases with a Neo, nothing more.

"It's equivalent to developing two versions of a game or deciding to take advantage one of the platforms and skimping on the other, like you'll see with PS4/PS3 or PS3/PS4 (although, maybe not as huge due to a...

Other than it violating Twitch's terms, it's her body guys. "Slutty", "Whoring", I bet you two are just a bundle of joy.

They're on mobile, that's where at least Marvel has seen far more success.

So no one else is bummed it's only three factions? No IG, Chaos or Dark Eldar, Necrons, Tyranids, Tau.

Sisters of Battle had their own expansion for Feths sake.

Given how DoW2 operated it's not entirely out of the realm of possibility.

Or play Squad, Battlefield, Arma? CoDs an arcade shooter with an authentic looking facade. There's a reason the vehicle gameplay and much larger maps never really caught on with United Offensive and World at War.

How much do you think MS has to pay EA to offer Peggle or Dead Space? How much do you think Sony pays per title? Look at things like Rocket League where Sony had to offer more and promotion to keep the title a PS+ game. Games with Gold and the PS+ titles cost MS and Sony more in bandwidth than licensing.

Well, when your game handles everything client side this kind of stuff was bound to happen. Generally games that allow the communities to manage themselves don't have an issue with cheaters and hacks, can't remember I dealt with a hacker in CS.

And Microtransactions get me free content in Halo 5? There are plenty of poor examples of microtransactions, but a growing number of better ones. It's a perspective thing and deciding for yourself what you want to do with your own money, I worked for it I'll be F'd if I'm going to let anyone tell me how to spend it. "People like a lot of things they shouldn't. They support a lot of things that are bad for them." I'll make that decision myself, you're not ...

After they split from 2015 they had actually wanted to do a "Modern Warfare" immediately, Activision wanted a World War 2 franchise. No one wanted to move on after MW2, it was down to unpaid bonuses and Jason/Vince hated the Treyarch incursion.

*edit* 2015 was the developer they worked at previously, they developed Medal of Honor Allied Assault for the PC and was largely the launching point of the highly scripted, linear single player experiences we get. I was un...

"In fact, only 5% of U.S. High schools even offer the Computer Science AP exam in the first place. As a result, many women enter college without even considering Computer Science as an option, and may only choose to transition to the major after their freshman year."

Only 5%? So wouldn't that be a thing that has an effect on both genders? I'm 28, I've got six years on you and I'm a white male. When I expressed my interest in computers, programming ...
