This game won't be rated M unless Samus goes postal and kills all her compatriots with an arm-chainsaw. Seriously, sci-fi creature violence will not land an M rating, Ninja Theory or not.

As far as we know, IGA is still working on a next-gen Castlevania of his own. Maybe this will light a fire under him and his team to make a great cannonical Castlevania. Maybe we'll get two great games out of this.
This game does look fantastic, but I'm left wondering if the previously announced Castlevania for PS3/360 is still in production or if it was cancelled. They had a trailer for that one and everything.

Well, there is nothing known about the game at this point. Please stop judging a game that we don't even have a screen shot for. I am cautiously optimistic for this game. Granted, this game is not MGS4, but that doesn't mean the game won't be great.
