Of course it is worth it. I guess you can stick with the PS3 if you only want to play retro games in a year.
If it was because Sony footed a lot of the bill to make the game, that does change things about the narrative quite a bit.
Again, third pary exclusives that don't have to be exclusive shouldn't be exclusive in this day and age. If there is something that it needs the PS4 for that the XBOX One cannot accomplish, that is a different story, but it is a fighting game. I doubt that the capabilities of the systems entered into the discussion. It isn't like Sony to pay for exclusives, but I don't necessarily blame them after the Tomb Raider stuff.

I am completely addicted to this game. The community has been doing a really good job at uploading new levels made with the editor and giving the game excellent shelf life. So much fun!

I agree that there isn't much point to a petition. The contract is already signed for X amount of dollars, and a petition cannot negate a contract. It will be a symbolic petition, but only symbolic.
I agree. The game was great, especially the Definitive Edition. They really exceeded my expectations. Unfortunate that I will be unable to purchase the sequel.
Here's the thing that gets me about this announcement. I think we all know that XBOX and SONY fans have different fanbases. The games that perform the best on the platforms fit the tastes of those fans. In my experience, XBOX fans love FPS's and sports games. Playstation fans love third person action titles, Japanese titles and RPGs. This is the reason why the Titanfall exclusivity deal made perfect sense. However, I don't think that XBOX has gotten any converts from Playsta...

As much as I would hate to see it, it is possible that Nintendo could drop out of the console race one day. Sony is the obvious place for its games to go if such a doomsday event were to happen. Why not make nice?
Obviously, the XBOX ONE will sell the most units here in the US due to the 360's popularity here as well. Obvious article is obvious. PS4 still wins in the US and overseas, but the gap will be significantly less in the US.

Did you not do the codec conversations? That about doubles the game length if not more so. Game was great for what it was. Also who's to say that a sequel wouldn't be longer?
