to me, it is definitely the best co-op experience ever.It took me and my pals days before we finally put a hold on the co-op, and finally get some competitive action(which is frigging awesome too btw). We still have not touched our copies of fifa lol, it has been almost about a full week now.
I would love to have split screen too, but i'll live with it :)
That's very impressive considering UC2 has only 1 day to chart, and the fact that there are more 360 owners in UK. Does anyone here know the difference between the install base in UK? Just curious...
but keep an eye on R3. I got a feeling they are going to make it the best co-op shooter ever.
WOW this really surprises me, i wasn't expecting KZ3 till 2011 but whatever, THIS IS GREAT NEWS! This is the only FPS i'm buying this gen and i'm excited just thinking about it. Let's hope the sequel will be every bit as intense as KZ2, maybe even better :)

sales only matter if a game i like didn't sell enough copies to warrant a sequel, which is VERY rare. Then again, i like seeing games that pushes excellence getting rewarded with good sales, and the opposite is true too.
i didn't know the FIFA ads used DS3, must have promoted the PS3 quite a bit. Anyway, looks like UC2 is doing reeeeaaaally well :D
When it comes to PS3 exclusives, them reviewers are obliged to nitpick every single detail. What if they fail to find any faults? Simple, just invent something to justify the 0.5 pt deduction.
There was one site(GameDaily i think) that said the snow don't look good (seriously WTF) and they deduct points for (get ready to be amazed by their audacity) not being able to leave FOOTPRINTS on the snow.
I don't think anyone can argue that UC2 has the best looking snow envi...
Let's just say it's going to take more than new killstreaks and some fancy new weaponry to clinch top FPS this year.
KZ2 has achieve a level of immersion and intensity that makes all other FPS pale in comparison. I know it's all down to personal preference, but after KZ2, i can no longer stand floaty arcady controls. Oh and the absence of 'killstreaks' and the infamous Matyrdom makes it even better imo.

i'll never understand people who criticize KZ2 MP for being boring. It is more fun and intense than COD4 imo, and yes...i think killstreaks are really lame and kills teamwork.

so you wouldn't mind if say 3 years down the road, the industry has died and COD is pretty much the only game you can find? The average consumer isn't too smart, and that's why COD7,8,9,100(all using the same engine) will sell disgusting numbers no doubt, how long before everyone gets sick of gaming? It only took 1 COD game(mw1) before i lost all interest in the series,at the rate they pump out (yearly) cod games, i would imagine everyone will regret making the industry into what it is today....
