We all know it is only a matter of time. As a gamer though, the only thing i care about is the games and Sony has been killing it this year.
We are experiencing an avalanche of must-have games at a rate of one exclusive per month. LBP2 is already a candidate for my Game of Forever.
The upcoming price cut will bring a new wave of ps3 owners. Right now though, Sony is doing a fantastic job coaxing money from the current 41+ million base.
wonder what this means for the heavily rumoured price cut.
I'm glad to see SoTC and Okami in that list.
Fully agree with GOW3 and UC2 but ME2's inclusion is surprising. That game doesn't strike me as anything special - technically or artistically. Either Deadspace2 or CastlevaniaLoS would have been far better choices for a multiplatform nomination imho.
Just my 2 cents about this.
With harsh budget constraints affecting all JRPGs not named Final Fantasy, it is kind of silly to buy one expecting perfection.
If you are a fan of the genre, an uneven game can still be very enjoyable as long as it is competent in the areas you care most about.
Trinity should appeal to fans of Star Ocean battle system ...and i expect the story to be equally bad ;p
A June release is just perfect. Now i have enough time to clear my backlog and invest quality time with GT5,LBP2 and KZ3.
@DaTruth
wow, 10 years of severance????
in this time and age, one really have to salute Kaz and PD for going the extra mile for fan service.
For the past 3 months since GT5 launch, we have been recieving an avalanche of new content(weekly seasonal events,B-spec on PC,etc) and the best part of it? IT IS ALL FREE.
i want MotorStorm Apocalypse on NGP!
Well, i consider it to be a great achievement for the mentally-challenged (IGN staff)
DeadNation deserves to win!
The (living) legend of the gaming industry.
@MintBerryCrunch
you got it spot on.
genius~ :D
most retarded analogy ever
Kaz has already stated that you will be able to play your PSP games on NGP as long as you are still within the 5 activation limit
RoF was the opposite of FF13 in almost every possible way.
While FF13 treats you like a retard and held your hand through what is essentially a 15 hour long tutorial, RoF chooses to overwhelm first time players with its extremely unique and deep combat mechanics.
Personally, i love Tri-Ace's approach but i can understand if it was too much for RPG greenhorns lol
is that Kratos' face photoshopped onto the new Dante from DmC?
Love the challenge that is missing from so many games this gen. The graphics are incredible for a DL title and the awesome lighting has both cosmetic and gameplay purposes.
My personal top 5 recommendations would be DeadNation,WipeoutHD+Fury,Pixe ljunk Monsters,JoeDanger and FatPrincess.
i've heard nothing but glowing praise from Move users so far.
Too many western reviewers starts an JRPG with the worst mindset possible.
GT5 (and LBP2) is the only game i've played that gives a different experience every week.
Every single one of PD updates is golden, and bring so much to the game.
