maybe Tekken 7 will be exclusive again? The sales of Tekken6 is heavily in favor of the ps3, and the additional hype and marketing push from Sony will do wonders for the series
it must be hard on forza owners, knowing that something much better exist. Are you going to start comparing the graphics? I could do with some entertainment.

and my favourite PS2 FF game is FF12, which was really radical(in a good way)
I'm also into modern-fantasy themes, so you can understand why i'm excited about this game. Note that FF8 is my favourite game of all time and i'm expecting/hoping Versus to snatch that title when it releases.

WKC was released in japan more than a year ago (Dec2008)
just look at the texture quality and there's so much more detail in UC2.
Not to mention that ND managed to achieve all that while pushing the technical limits in the mindblowing setpieces.
The fight in the collapsing building with all sorts of objects flying around. The moving train level. And the ice caves are the most beautiful environment i've ever seen.
2009 was a brilliant year with high profile releases spread out over the months.
Demon's Souls + UC2, that alone made 2009 a year to remember
WKC online component has a LOT of potential and the combat is really fun.
Aside from CGI and story, i don't think FF13 is anywhere above WKC at all. The graphics may not be cutting edge, but the amount of detail and the overall art style makes it very appealing to look at, and i really like the way they render water.

The 360 crowd claims that they can't tell the difference between 720p vs 576p and texture differences in FF13, so it should be downright impossible for them to detect any difference here.
i would also prefer an attack option for supporter class, look at Vanille for e.g. the strength stats is totally useless for her lol.
And i did complain about the inability to switch character in battle earlier on. To be fair, the speed of the battle system require more hands-on control of the main character so i'll take that as a design compromise. Note that i'm a huge fan of the new ideas FF12 brought to the table and i'm pretty disappointed (in certain areas) too.

SE haven't exactly been honest this gen amirite? This is a company that lied about exclusivity,photoshopped PS3 screens to pass off as 360's and replied with touched-up 'screengrabs' with mouse pointer on them after being called out.
Oh and they also said they will only start on the port after the PS3 version is done but showcased 360 footage in E3 last year. Maybe those are reasons for me to not believe a single word they say and rely instead on logical deduction and common sens...

LO does NOT have data-heavy FF13-quality CGI, i imagine Mistwalker would have trouble with the dvd format had that been the case.
Whether the DVD format influenced SE to make a linear FF is up for debates, but no one can deny the fact that it turned out to be an awfully convenient design choice for the 360 owners. It could easily been many times worse than the SO4 situation.
