Those observations don't necessarily translate to good reviews nor validates the jump you're making from people appreciating certain social aspects of a game to being unable to conduct a "genuine game" review.

You're right. It's not pro consumer. It's being caught between a rock and a hard place by having too small an Xbox base to risk splitting by fully committing to next gen but simultaneously being afraid of PS entering the next gen before them.
Calm down. PS4 has a whole PSVR unit that is compatible with PS5 whereas Xbox doesn't even support VR. Y'all problem is you celebrate like you won the Superbowl over a 2 yard run with a flag on the play during a preseason game.

How is it not fair? You can keep playing those PS4 games, on a PS5 even, using that same expensive controller you bought to play PS4 games. You aren't new to how consoles work. You knew the deal when you bought the controller. Consoles push generational innovation. Suddenly it "isn't fair" now that MS has had three generations to see the writing on the wall and wants to shift their platform away from the console model.
