Wasn't the whole talk about 2009 being PS3's year? And that has been said in 2008 as well and then 2009 was the PS3's saving grace. But now that 2009 is out of the picture, the talk is 2010 and 2011 and no one knows what exclusives will be out for either system in the next 2 years guaranteed.

I think it's easier to say that people don't play PS3 online because they either choose not to, don't have any online games, or simply have a PS3 for their blu-ray needs. If they can afford PS3, they can afford internet access.
