@ davand114: those are people who pre-ordered who didn't get theirs in the 1st shipment. but who else is buying them though? once all the current Wii U owners upgrade, what kid is checking for Nintendo? they're all playing on phones & tablets that have free games & do more stuff (like play emulators that can run every Nintendo game in existence)

@ porkChop: according to articles you read? or according to real life? because i don't hear about people chomping at the bit to get a Switch like I did the NES Classic. Switch is just never in stock because they intentionally don't stock enough (just like the NES Classic) nobody's falling for that trick twice.

not hard to sell out when you barely stock that many in the 1st place. i've never seen a Switch at a store ONCE since launch... if they're really selling that well, why have i never seen ANYBODY with one or out in public? there's a school near where I live, NO kids have them... only phones. curious to see how they sell once Switches are readily available.

PlayStation 4... they didn't have a large number of good exclusives at the beginning. ps4 had Resogun & Killzone... xbox had Killer Instinct & Titanfall. even though xbox had better exclusives, that wasn't enough. sony fans bought ps4's in droves because of a slight resolution advantage. so they surely didn't get their big head start & win the generation based off of games.
