GH3 was that last good MAIN GH game (besides spin-off GH:Metallica). It really is sad they had to be cash cows and milk the crap out of its success. I think they could of come a long way with it if they actually cared about the quality. Instead of being followed by their competitor they became the follower. It totally went to shit when it went full-band. You had to go through like 10 songs before you finally got to a semi-decent one and then before you know it you've been through them all...

Why upgrade their engine when year after year they sell millions and millions of copies to probably 80% of the same people who buy COD the year prior.
