I so cant wait! I'm a huge zelda fan and have big expectations for this one especially when its said this is the greatest zelda game ever made.
Theres no way in hell it'll be released that early. Earliest i'd say is may 2012 which corresponds with rockstar's recent game releases.

Crossing my fingers for an announcement but as per his quote "I’m looking forward to sharing some more news about the game and our upcoming beta on the next call" doesn't specifically say he'll mention a date but it sure seems likely.

The game definitely needs to be more punishing. The game is just wayyy to easy. I mean whats the point of wanting to get stronger/level up if you can just plow through everything anyway? Make the enemies harder, add punishing death repercussions, and bring better reason to want to level-up/upgrade...
If you listen/watch the trailer it plays out like "you" the player are forcing duke to play with shit as he says "Please!, no!" When he drinks from the fountain and "What am I doing?" when he first picks it up. It's all meant to be humorous.
All this is is something you can CHOOSE to do in between gun fights/storyline/saving chicks etc... if you WANT to. You can pick up almost everything in this game. Throughout the whole DNF development they've said repeatedly that this game will have huge amounts of interactivity, most for fun and screwing around, but there is some that will be part of the game's progression. This is just a SMALL piece of what you will be able to do in DNF and this article is another example of this gam...

I dunno. When i hold it, it feels pretty sturdy to me. Has a nice weight to it doesn't feel like anything cheap. So far i've had no problems with mine

Yea i can't put it down, and probably won't for a long time. I got super street fighter IV in the mail today which i haven't even touched yet. I couldn't BELIEVE how well the 3D effect works on this thing. Yeah you have to keep it held directly centered but um what hand held don't you hold that way anyway? The battery life doesn't effect me much anyway since I'm primarily using it at home and IF i ever take it on a trip or anything I ordered that Nyko Powerpak+ ext...
I use my PS3 Primarily for games. I also use it to watch blue rays and dvds. I never listen to music on it or browse the web. I have an IPAD2/PC for such things and they do it a WHOLE lot better...
Saying it's not a "Game Machine" is just them trying to promote it to a wider audience

What a god damn cry baby. I wish people would stop frikken comparing duke nukem to titles like CoD. I tell ya what I'm sick of, all of these rehashed/milked WWII/Modern Warfare games we get year after year that companies make their customers pay 60$ for and people just keep bending over and taking up the ass. THAT is what we should be complaining about. YES Duke Nukem is LATE...WAY LATE. But I think its something that's going to be FRESH and very much needed in a such a saturated mark...
The game does look good though
