Yeah, I always thought of it as some generic voice. When you put a face on him, it's a little odd. He's really humble, perfectly suited for Mario.

The Xbox 360 has been the top selling console over the last 3 years in North America. All of what they offer is only available in the US like the TV features so they might not feel the need to dazzle them as much.
Microsoft is far behind in the European market and they're leading in the U.S. There could be the small chance that they just might not do it in the U.S because they're already leading. Yet again, I dont think they can handle another backroar.
No word on it yet, I imagine they will have something similar, Madden maybe? Although, they do dominate the US market.
