There is nothing here against the console itself. Lets not turn this into a fanboy argument. The guy is clearly saying that something seemed fishy about their approach and about the fact that most of the top executives didnt know much about it either.

Its disappointing, mean i hate that we where really looking forward for this title. Personally it cant keep up with other fps's.
The author is an Xbox Fanboy. He's not a fan of Playstation at all. This is just his reaction to the crazy rumors. He does mention rumors more than once and reiterates the fact that he is basing this off of the rumors and not making things up as he goes.
It's one from the thousands of reactions to the rumors. A lot people have their different opinions and whether you like it or not, these early rumors, true or not, help sway people's opinion one way or another.
Its an opinion piece dude. It's pretty clear that they're rumors he's talking about and not actual facts.
