Both 360 and PS3 maxed out. Since most people claim that PS3 will live for 7 more years, the same must go for 360. Nice going Microsoft!
The numbers are percentages of total time spent on different consoles, so if you take into account attach rates and such the ps3 and 360 really are where they should be. The Wii is a bit low though.

The only reason ps3 sales were up YOY is because they had their big price cut and hardware revision last november. Before that it sold almost nothing, so of course, percentagewise the ps3 will see a big YOY increase for the 12 months of this year.
But guess what, YOY sales went DOWN for Nov + Dec '08 compared to the same period last year, which means that the only two months of this year where the ps3 was competing at the same price point as last year, it sold less. Poor poor ps3 =(...
