They planning for domination, the spec's dominating, why not also call the system after it!? Xbox Domination. or Dominator. 90% of games look better on Scorpio or this Dominator..majority of the percentages. Will be enough.
All the major multi plats looking better on scorpio, games like FIFA, battlefield, call of duty, NFS and so on (I mean 90% of all the games you play), these are the most important ones and not a handful of exclusive games (which are really worth buying).
At least 30% faster not 10%. Even if the CPU is running at the same speed as Pro's the GPU will make it up and much more. What happens if you replace/upgrade the GPU on a system where the CPU remains the same, the system will be faster, right? Same happens here..it will bottleneck the GPU a bit but still enough for 4K.
What games are you always talking about? 90% of games are multi plats and these are the most important ones, games like FIFA, DIRT series, NBA, Battlefield, Call of Duty, Upcoming RDR2, NFS, Project Cars 2, new GTA in the future etc etc are on all platforms, games like these are most important..and they will look better on Scorpio, No one will buy a console only for just 1-2 exclusive games but to play all the games available...90%.. and these will count. Xbox also have it's exclusives, P...
Of course even if they do now show the actual shape of the system, they have to leave something to E3..or the interest subsides, sort of. They probalby talk about the spec, OS and other stuff involved. Game demo(s) are also a possibility.
Please no. Everything below 1080p big no no in 2017. Only 2D side scrollers, arcade games and such, Forget 3D on Switch. Do not even consider it. Xbox One released 4 years ago and is more powerful today but was even underpowered back then. Experince, experience but image quality is also experience and it will be bad, because the game will look bad in the first place and you can't fix it.
Okay if you want a worse quality games then multiplat is way to go. You will not be able to deliver a 100% quality when you release games on many platforms. This is the sad truth. Always a framerate or other quality issues.
If you say so then it does not make any sense to own the fastest gpu or very top end cards in the world. buy a few years old 980/Ti and stop counting pixels, why Ultra, High Details are good enough, why Native, if you can upscale and the picture looks still good. Resolution is one thing but you can use the additional 2TF of power wherever else...physics, effects, more stable frame rate, better AI etc. The fact is, Scorpio is 40% more powerful and it will cost you 40% more and are worth the mo...
What maxed out you are talking about, 600 is your budget, not unlimited. You probably use a mATX or something much bigger and uglier, which stands on the table. Everything counts and costs (a slimmer design, integrated components such as Alienware Alpha), 4K Blu-ray player costs your +100 minimum, do your math. It is not possible that you come out with the 600.
Many people here are saying 600 DOA, fail, too expensive or whatever but the truth is, the Scorpio can deliver native 4K and probably will cost only 600. Same quality on PC will cost you over 1000 and 90% of games are on both platforms. Why is it so bad suddenly? The aim of a game consoles have always been " cheaper/st way to play games ", the Scorpio is no exception. This device will deliver you the cheapest way to play games at 4K in the end of the year and you should be happy tha...
Scorpio is a full next gen machine released before the normal 7-8 year circle. Whatever they call it, upgrade between the generations. The specification in terms of "all-in" and not holding back. It is much more powerful than the PS4 Pro (at least 40%) and it will cost between the 500-600 (probably 600). PS4 Pro is so cheap because they overclocked the old hardware. Scorpio will have all the new components, nothing is as fake as the Pro is.
