Those two are still decent looking, relatively modern titles.
Instead of allocating full Remake resources & time behind these, its better to remaster these for XSX and also port these to PC (where surprisingly Gears 2 & 3 have been absent and only Gears 1, 4 and 5 are available).

True ... Obsidian (even though being very talented) was struggling with the identity part.
They're ex-Black Isle Studios, the team behind OG Fallout, Icewind Dale and Planescape: Torment. And is also the publisher/collaborator of BioWare's Baldur's Gate. Hence BlackIsle being one of my fav. studios from 90s.
